Repair & Warranty Service:

Logitel handles warranty claims and service requests primarily through the original dealer/reseller. If contacting the original point-of-sale is not possible, customers can submit an RMA request directly to Logitel. We offer repair services for defective hardware, including processing Dead On Arrival (DOA) devices within 30 days of delivery​ (Logitel)​.
